Peter Bühlmann is Professor at ETH Zürich in the statistical group. Before Joining ETH Zürich, he has been Assistant Professor at Berkeley. His research interests cover the whole spectrum of high-dimensional statistics, with a long-standing interest for genomic applications. Recently, he and his group have been very active for developing a theory for causal inference in high-dimensional setting. Among his recent awards, he has been invited speaker at ICM2018 and Neyman Lecturer at IMS2018. His books are worldwide references on high-dimensional statistics.
